After the merger is completed, we should be looking at how RKT's balance sheets are showing and is it one combined balance sheet or two separate ones which I doubt since RKT did acquire the whole enchilada. Therefore, I expect right after the merger to see more than 1:11 shares distributed to legacy shareholders, or RKT will jump to $130+ to compensate us for the assets we own.

What about the escrow holders who don't own COOP and won't own RKT (lots of them here)? How will they get paid?

If you remember, before the merger, COOP's balance sheet was showing only 18.9b in total assets, while NSM had 1.56T unaccounted for, but after the merger, COOP will own 525b in total assets, and the legacy shareholders' share of these assets is no less than 131b

What the ??? Anyone who has any training in academic or legal research knows that if you're going to make "factual" statements, you must cite the documents that support those statements. Where are the documents that reflect these numbers?

what does 1:11 shares mean ????

1 ESCROW share you get 11 shares of RKT
OR
say 100,000 ESCROWS turn into 9090 RKT shares ???? (100,000 divided by 11)
