Now wait just a dagburn minute there, Jethro! Are you saying that escrow dollars will be tossed into the RKT kitty, to the benefit of any ol' Tom, Dick, or Geraldo who owns RKT shares?!

What about the escrow holders who don't own COOP and won't own RKT (lots of them here)? How will they get paid?

I think that would be outrageous! Who can we call about this grave injustice?!
