After the merger is completed, we should be looking at how RKT's balance sheets are showing and is it one combined balance sheet or two separate ones which I doubt since RKT did acquire the whole enchilada. Therefore, I expect right after the merger to see more than 1:11 shares distributed to legacy shareholders, or RKT will jump to $130+ to compensate us for the assets we own.
It is over and we are paid ..AIMHO

So "U's" escrows get WHAT ?????? Break it down if your thinkin something else please ???

so if i hold 100,000 escrows ...i would get 1,100,000 RKT shares or 9,090 RKT shares ??
