This analysis and theory is a stretch to say the least. Does anyone really believe there was no path to approval (due to legality) when MAA was submitted? Would that not have been corporate malfeasance and misuse of company resources if they were spending time and money knowing there was no chance at approval?
Not buying it.

That's is utter BS. They submitted , knowing that there is no path to approval?? Mindless pumping on steroids .Then why didn't they submit to FDA by same logic to get the process started .

I might believe it if I didn’t know how this management operates. Whenever there’s a delay in the process or the company goes silent, pumpers always spin it into some “ahead of the game” narrative or conspiracy, claiming management is secretly working on something big, putting in extra work, or negotiating some BP deal or other extravagant arrangement promising that one day we’ll wake up to blockbuster news.
But none of that hype has ever materialized. It always turns out the process is just slow, and NWBO simply stayed quiet, waiting on exactly what they disclosed in the press release.
So, as nice as it is to imagine and as convincing as this Andrew guy might sound. But, based on everything we’ve seen from NWBO in the past, it’s all just bullshit and fairy tales.

So you assert MHRA could not license an autologous product. Yet they have licensed many over the years.

Provenge (as an autologous DC vaccine) and Casgevy (as a recent example) are some.

Maybe you should touch base with Dr Strange to find a way back home.

@AndrewCaravello, assumptions are complete and utter fantasy. One assumption depends on the assertion and far fetched fantasy of the other.
Hey here is a new law SI 2025/87 (which yes enables decentralized and modular production, certainly helps Flaskworks and similar platforms) lets fantasize why that law has come into existence solely to get Flaskworks approved, for only then DCVAXCL can get approved and thats why there is the delay. Utter nonsense.
