All I’m looking at is this thing going through… rocket taking over Mr. Cooper group and then going to $30 + and if you have 11 times the amount of shares in rocket that you do in Mr. Cooper group you’re doing fine.

If you own one share of COOP: at the merger, that one share will be worth whatever is 11 times the price of RKT that day PLUS $2.
So, today, at the approximate RKT price as of time of this post:
(RKT) $15 x 11 = $165
PLUS $2 = $167
At the finalization day of the acquisition, the price of COOP won't matter a bit except for figuring out how much of a premium you got for having been in on the conversion.
