So, you can tell us what the equivalent price of COOP will be on finalization day if the price of RKT is, say, $18.65?

DarkB4Dawn, you are also right, the $2 will be paid prior to the closing of the deal and even if it may reduce the COOP PPS by that amount, it doesn't matter, of course the exchange ratio of 11 RKT shares for one COOP share is fix, and so I shouldn't have subtracted the $2 from the equivalent COOP PPS.

I'm not confusing anything and your not adding anything to the discussion but repeating what has been said. Point is, it isn't a minus $2. The price of COOP won't matter after it is no longer a trading entity? NS...
