Jhdf51 and JusticeWillWin have been talking about what happens with the merger. You're just confusing things.

If you own one share of COOP: at the merger, that one share will be worth whatever is 11 times the price of RKT that day PLUS $2.

So, today, at the approximate RKT price as of time of this post:

(RKT) $15 x 11 = $165

PLUS $2 = $167

At the finalization day of the acquisition, the price of COOP won't matter a bit except for figuring out how much of a premium you got for having been in on the conversion.
