FYI- DBMM testimony was they knew Asher were hard lenders,but it was Great Recession and no lenders for OTC. STATED they intended to use for finite period and “never use again. “. Those CD’s were canceled and Settlement was in DBMM favor, in June 2018 All in 50% discount in cash , no equity provided.

Your question shows you have no facts about financing structure. CDs do not EVER have a specific number of shares in debenture terms.
