That is a perfect analysis of where this sits at the moment. And like you, I was pretty disappointed by the edge up to a whole dime? Really?
Also, after LL dropped the CEO title and disappeared, I thought that would help with the obvious (and declared) conflicts of interest, and yet here it goes again, upping the ante, both sides of the table.

"But like I stated in another post all LQMT news has culminated in insignificant success."

It sure as hell has kept it from sinking to your wrongly called 0.03-0.04's.

Thats a fact jack!

Just wanted to add one more point based on your opinion.

If China/Eontec needs a secondary facility to satisfy manufacturing for a reoccurring high volume product, that would make a lot of sense.

If it were all about tarrifs it would make the least amount of sense. Meaning higher tariffs, less tariffs or no tariffs. I think the best of the three is a no brainer.

The other conundrum is more apparent. Why would China use LQMT to establish a secondary manufacturing source if the intent was to keep all income. They could have employed Lugee Li to accomplish the same goal.

I believe global regulation restrictions have something to do with LQMT’s USA name on the door of the secondary operating facility, should it come about. In return $$$$ are earned, tariffs are reduced, and penalties and fines and legal entanglements are avoided by circumventing China directly. Li earns $$$, China earns $$$ for their party and LQMT earns $$$ and or marketing exposure or in this case I believe both. The salary for the COB Lugee Li is the direct link to LQMT receiving $$$.

No matter how under handed or suspicious one is about China. I don’t think an American company pays a salary and sets up a company abroad so that everyone else but their shareholders earns value….I don’t think they would get away with that one. Even if not one penny earned by Apple in China could not be moved out of China. That money earned, still lifted the share price of Apple and the profits for the company and it’s shareholders.

The same way $$$ earned has lifted the share prices of fast food companies abroad. And I know, because I have earned money off of those investments.

The lack of details are not the problem. The news of the potential imo, for whatever reason is and has not sunk in yet.

When a reputable Apple tech analyst hints at an iPhone potentially using Liquidmetal, the news fanned out like a brush fire and volumes popped and raised the share price about 350%. There were really no details for LQMT in that rumor either. When LQMT, finally clapped back intentionally late imo, there was just a yawn.

There is I guess, a big difference between Apple’s global recognition and LQMT’s global recognition.
Millions buy Apple products vs who buys a LQMT part or product?

One is an elephant and the other the size of a nat on its ass.

I hope this makes sense. We either sink deeper into the abyss or climb out, brush off the dust and ride into the sunset with the vehicle of one’s choice. :)

Good luck to you.

As always my opinions are worth less than the price of a LQMT share.
I trust neither side. But I am invested and am only looking out for the potential in this investment, when I see it up or down.
