This may be way out from left field...but...Spain is where Mondrigon is, a worker cooperative, that has seen tough times in the past, but founded in the 1950s.  The reason I mention it, Spaniards and those familiar with Spain, will know of it.  While not having worker unions, it promotes as close to ALL FOR 1 AND 1 FOR ALL as can be.  When times got tough top tiered income earners took a cut to limit least and lower paid employees from losing their job.Workers in Spain have a sense of togetherness and helpfulness that may prove more productive than a Jeff Bezoz, or prior afFU  type managerial style.  The future looks bright and SUFFICIENTLYS REWARDING with old afFU mgmt. Out and better schooled and civilized mgmt. In?

That would not be advantages to our deal. The deal that was filed on the Colorado secretary of State site dealt solely with MTi if they were to bring in another company before the deal with us was done that whole filing would have to be changed. I would like to see them do that after this deal is done not before just my opinion
