This may be way out from left field...but...Spain is where Mondrigon is, a worker cooperative, that has seen tough times in the past, but founded in the 1950s.  The reason I mention it, Spaniards and those familiar with Spain, will know of it.  While not having worker unions, it promotes as close to ALL FOR 1 AND 1 FOR ALL as can be.  When times got tough top tiered income earners took a cut to limit least and lower paid employees from losing their job.Workers in Spain have a sense of togetherness and helpfulness that may prove more productive than a Jeff Bezoz, or prior afFU  type managerial style.  The future looks bright and SUFFICIENTLYS REWARDING with old afFU mgmt.
