The only options that make sense are grandpa is totally senile and incompetent or purposely keeping share price down. I am beginning to think it is the former. It appears his pet marijuana business is a bust.

The job of a CEO is to promote the company and support the share price, and at a minimum communicate with investors. He fails across the board.

Gwinner,

LOIs are worthless. But I get what you are saying if pharma can be named. LOIs aren't binding deals. They are just stated intent to do something which may or may not ever happen. ZIVO doesn't need any more in the "may or may never" happen category. They need definitive deals .... and it's well past due.

I'm on record as saying this should be a $50 stock with a coccidiosis deal with a major animal pharma.
Grants .... not sure what they will do for the stock price ...... Obviously money in the bank and a big win for the company and investors ....... but that money is for continued research in new vertical. Monster bonus for investors that it reduces the potential for dilution. But time and research are what that is for. And of course "how much" is received in grants would be a factor. I'd be thrilled for $5.5 million from Michigan. Can't say I know what to expect from the USDA grant offering but I'd guess if ZIVO asked for $5.5 million from Michigan .... they be asking for more than that from the USDA.

The research, testing and governance is all in place for coccidiosis. SHOW ME THE MONEY ! Bird Flu is new and interesting but it isn't something that can produce revenue to ZIVO now. And the ZivoLife stuff ..... geezus they need to kick Z WorldWide to the curb ... have a plan .... either kick it in gear or sell that business to someone that will do something with it. Wasting time there too.

Wouldn't shock me if ZIVO wanted to get back on NASDAQ .... but silly chit like the current situation i.e. what's next and when .... is a monster problem for NASDAQ. Analysts will laugh at that and shorts will drive it into the ground again if there isn't regular news and progress toward revenue/profit generating activities. For instance, can you tell me what the prospective annual revenue might be if ZIVO for instance signed a deal today to bring a therapeutic to market for coccidiosis ? You can't .... pretty sure ZIVO can't ... and can't say "when" anything. How would a Wall Street analyst even have the info to put out a research report much less a buy recommendation ?? And you saw what happened with first time on NASDAQ. The Maxim "analyst" still puts out updates on ZIVO every once in a while. The Maxim reports are quite frankly the worst analyst research reports I've ever seen ... and that is 100% on ZIVO. IMO this company belongs on the auction block. Not NASDAQ. Once there is a bite at the apple by a major animal pharma, that's all the validation needed. The verticals are plenty .... in human and animal health. A company with the resources can take it and run .... ZIVO .... =) ..... you've seen the last decade plus right ? With the potential verticals .... right now I don't think ZIVO could get a billion dollars for the company but I'd take anything above $500 million at this point in time.
