Amigo, I know this goes without saying but, if Zivo could just get a letter of Intent from a Pharma company or some type of Letter of Interest indicating a framework of a deal or a structure that shows an income stream this would take out all Sellers from $18 to $40+ per share in my opinion...Also, if any announcement securing funding from a grant or federal funded program would also catapult this thing to a much higher level.

I do agree that if they can swing it they should move back to NASDAQ but only if the proper funding or deal is in place...

I can't help to think that with the last two avian flu tests it had to peak some interest with other pharma companies looking to leap frog into this field.

But if a big pharma company just wants the whole company with its intellectual properties etc., then YES your $200 price point could be achieved imo.

Lets go Payne...make a deal...
