Show me another pivotal trial in oncology that successfully pivoted off its originally designed primary endpoint, reported a secondary endpoint instead, and then got approval.
Everyone knows Overall Survival is not an effective endpoint. Sure people live longer but what about INFLAMMATION!! Who wants to have brain swelling that leads to <checks notes> infrequent moderate headaches?!?! That certainly is no way to live. And think about the folks who sell gravestones? Aren't they entitled to flourish? So selfish
