For why the hell would to bother todo all that if they are rejected?
The process, by law, is that if MHRA has objections that would cause it to not be approved then the MUST take the case to CHM. And the must notify the sponsor of this. And the sponsor has the opportunity argue their case.
Dennis, you have stated before you are in contact with a group of large shareholders. What are they saying/thinking about the delay in MHRA approval? They surely would have more info than us, no? With millions of shares come privledge

I dont know anything for sure that is why I call upon the company to issue a statement...As I just said in a previous post...We have not heard anything regarding a hold, rejection or approval at this point. That simple statement would clear up a lot of angst if true.
No secrets let out. No front running the MHRA....just a statement that says "Ignore everything you hear and read" and let's wait on the process to complete.
