A rejection from the MHRA is a material event and should have been disclosed in the 10K.
The text in the 10K suggests that the continued working with teams of specialized consultants on the MAA process was about the production of documents related to the inspections not about appealing or objecting to the MHRA . So again if the text about actively engaged in the ongoing process is about making objections, then they lied in the 10K.
