Who gives a rats as about the company's "desire". Why wouldn't you just say there's been substantial progress on a JV. Given the company history, and how that is worded ... looks like more games from the Ron Mills arcade palace. No point to asking anyone here about CBRF.
Contrast that with president moving to Tampa and opening an office there. For what?
Pay no attention to the $20 BS. Buy at this cheap price but then make clownish commentary about "ask blockers". Ah if you advocate buying .. plenty of stock there to be bought and if you think $20 soon then you buy all you can get. But .. ya don't see than happening do ya. Just silly commentary from the peanut gallery when don't even know what the deal terms are ... if it happens.
Final phase of FDEP SOW is due in a couple weeks. I personally don't think a JV happens til FDEP clears pathway. We'll see.

4) I have not seen many examples here of over promise and then under deliver by company management. Prove me wrong.

6) I have also been to the Port of Tampa location recently... because that's what real investors do... kick the tires, look under the hood and sit behind the wheel.
7) When this is ready to go, it'll go... In the meantime, I'll collect a few dips and sit tight like Jesse Livermore famously said and did.
