If the only progress that John and Ron have made in the past several years is to:
Continue to make substantial progress in their "desire" to create a joint venture. This is truly a very sad point in time for CBRF / ECSL investors.
He makes it clear in this President's Letter that there is not in fact a joint venture or contract in place.
This has gone from a solid plan, a proper timeline, and a named joint venture partner - to simply a "desire"
My question to you is: Why is this the best place to invest any of your money right now?
