They’ve already done two reverse splits and built two private CMO’s, so maybe you should be asking if she actually doesn’t mind reverse splits?

I wouldn't worry about the PIP design. They will never dose a patient. You should worry about the horrible P3 design which they had to blow up as it's why a BLA will never be submitted.

Why not a merger with similar sized or smaller company and a new ticker created? Wouldn't that require all shares to be present and accounted for?
