I've called the SEC multiple times regarding ENZC, including a couple times to report docsetc's fake lawsuit to the SEC, they aren't saying a peep and anyone who has called knows that. He's a flat out LIAR

This is just another example of Terry being like a pink sheet CEO twisting words to try to impress. Him asking the SEC for information and the SEC refusing to give details IS staying in touch with the SEC! It's just that nothing helpful is coming out of staying in touch. See, he's not really lying! Just playing with words.

The fact that he is doing this tells any reasonable person that he doesn't have much of a case, and is not actually going forward with a lawsuit, as you and I already know.

Only Terry would fall for this kind of bull that he is posting. He actually thinks Chandra and Co are visiting this board and reading his posts in fear. Likely they don't even read this board. Terry lives in his own world, a world where he is smart! lol
