This is just another example of Terry being like a pink sheet CEO twisting words to try to impress. Him asking the SEC for information and the SEC refusing to give details IS staying in touch with the SEC! It's just that nothing helpful is coming out of staying in touch. See, he's not really lying! Just playing with words.

The fact that he is doing this tells any reasonable person that he doesn't have much of a case, and is not actually going forward with a lawsuit, as you and I already know.
