You do understand there can only be at most one batch of DC per surgery, right?
There might be some patient who after failing on -L would have another surgery and try again. But I would guess that would be a small percent. And the idea the average patient would do so 4 or 5 times is somewhat absurd.
BTW, I think your assertion of 4 or 5 time more rGBM than nGBM somewhat funny. For any single person, how can they be rGBM if not also having been nGBM?
