Ex, it's true that it's only one batch, but many injections can be made from that single batch. I don't know how many, or that each batch is the same size. I would suspect that once the cancer's under control, the size of each dose could be diminished permitting more doses. Further usage may show that the dose can be reduced and still elicit the same response permitting many more doses.

I certainly don't know, but believe that there are companies who've developed bioreactors that potentially could duplicate the vaccine if sufficient vaccine was retained to allow them to operate. I don't believe that NWBO has this capability, but others specialize in only doing that.

The recurrence rate is about 90-95%, depending upon which source is cited with respect to the newly-diagnosed 5-year survival rate.

It is true, there are nany more people with recurrent GBM than Those new diagnosed GBM on the planet right now. Many people who have recurrent GBM have had multiple recurrences and multiple surgeries. I know of many that have had 3 to 5 operations for their recurrences.
The number of patients walking around with recurrent GBM is much higher than the number of patients newly diagnosed per year. This is a fact.  There are very limited Treatment options and no standard therapies for these people.  Many of these patients Are perfect for this type of treatment. And they have nothing to lose to try it.
