Your cut on the profits is a very small percentage of what gets stollen from the stock, our stock, right? All in a days work?

Good for you Gary. Interesting, isn't it. A couple of days ago you were wishing a happy Passover and Easter to all and receiving thanks from all. Now you post a note on using a perfectly legal practice and the villagers have been aroused and are after you with torches and pitchforks. These are the stock and financial markets for heaven's sake. If you don't use all the legal tools available shame on you because others won't hesitate. Your only mistake was openly stating your intent to utilize a legal strategy.
I've loaned shares in the past. Not currently, as my brokerage doesn't choose to deal with the NWBO options at this time. May do it again in the future if that changes. But I don't have a problem with the practice.
