Yes, you have said that there are 2 reasons, but you won't say what they are. Well, honey, put up or shut up. Since you're so smart, why don't you tell us these reasons?

My speculation: It's possible that law firms do not want to sue Chandra and the Cotropias because there is not yet anything to obtain from a lawsuit. Chandra and the Cotropias have formed new companies, but these companies are not yet selling any stock. So, these companies can not yet be sued for shares. Also, these companies have not yet made any money with their technologies. So, there is no money for which to sue.
