Since Terry pretty much revealed that his attempt at going through as a class action failed, we can safely assume that at the very least he has been told directly why, but he doesn't want to reveal that, because it's bad news. (I already strongly hinted that there are at least 2 major reasons why a class action won't be filed here... so not a surprise).

The ENZC faithful, just like hoping for years to see significant progress on any drug, despite obvious signs of this being a scam, will for many months more hope and wait for "investigations" to bring up more "great evidence" to lead to a class action. They will be disappointed again though. No shareholder lawsuit will be happening.

Pink sheet investing is all about hope without looking at the real facts, and their view on the legal world is the same as well.
