You are more or less right, but I was more responding to the other poster that brought this up and clearly forgot to do the homework. Even when on a constant basis closing below $ 1 a company has many months to address that issue and make a turn around. In other words my reply was that this is not about to happen any time soon. If the sp is still below $1 in May I will certainly address it at the AGM, but do not believe the company will close more than one month below the threshold. Hope this helps
This is the new conversation on the board now. Management has been a complete failure. Stock makes a decent move on Friday up to 1.30 on high volume and now sits under a dollar and drowning. Bad optics.
