Research this for yourself about possible delisting.

There are possibly some who don't know that the Nasdaq NM price (relative to maintaining a Nasdaq NM listing) requires that the minimum closing bid be under $1.00 for a period of time (weeks/months). I would believe that there is a likelihood of corporate notification involved too of any necessary warnings etc. being given to the company prior to that potential event. I believe there may even be an appeals process if indeed that were to happen.

I have seen companies go on for a long time under a dollar. Like months, possibly more.

The aforementioned is my understanding; please go read for yourself and dig; do not rely on me or a message board.
