I missed that it was just a "dendritic cell related" technology, and not a DC vaccine. In that case, Revimune is the obvious candidate. Their owner is ready to deal.
The deal needs cash though. So I could see Toucan being a party to any such deal. I am sure any such would be negotiated very carefully by LP.
