Activation of sirtuins is the controversial topic mentioned with compounds like rapamycin, resveratrol, NAD boosters, pterostilbene, omega-3 and vitamin D3. Company and people names are Elysium, Sequoia Capital, Leonard Guarente, Buck Institute, Metro, Optispan, David Sinclair, Eric Marcotulli, Eric Verdin, Matt Kaeberlein. No mention of U. Wisconsin, BRAVE trial, Amarin.
