Total BS. Missling’s casual use of the term “personalized medicine” is a disingenuous attempt to fool fools. Anavex’s approach simply does not meet anyone’s definition of personalized medicine.

Exploring personalized medicine is not the same as using personalized medicine.

So far Anavex has not used personalized medicine. They are acquiring the data that could be used to do personalized medicine if the need arises.

Heretofore, the wild variant vs the the mutated variant of Sigma 1 gene subject have shown a different response to 2-73, but the difference has not been large enough to cause patients to be selected on the basis of Sigma 1 type.

AFAIK no other criteria has been shown to be sufficiently selective to create the need for personalized medicine.
