jroon, your short thesis is way off base. If your short theory is accurate AD would be in deep dodo for rigging the price of the stock and only hurts his financial returns keep in mind he has investors to answer to. Regarding Sarissa's ownership transferring from one prime account to another is a simple process especially since everything is done electronically through ACATS (automated customer account transfer service). Selling in one acct and buying back in another just can't be done without impacting the share price.
