I highly doubt that's happening this year

I said months ago that I thought the drawn out decisions on this case were possibly because settlement discussions were happening or, at the least, being encouraged.

I still think that.

Might be useful to look at some of my prior posts speculating about how I thought the lawsuit should be handled (I bumped one yesterday). I think they might be pretty accurate.
