There's no settlement. Good luck with that. If you're saying approval will come after this lawsuit then you're talking about years. That's definitely not possible unless retails allow to not have maa results after 2 1/2 years of waiting. NWBO will win the guinness of the longest time to get MAA results(approval or denial).

MM lawsuit will go on for quite a while . They won't even get to any meaningful discovery this year and that is if we actually get favorable  MTD ruling at some point . I highly doubt they can stay silent till resolution of lawsuit . That will be a disaster for SP in my opinion .

We don't need approval. We need resolution on the lawsuit.

In my opinion, the approval will happen first, and the resolution of the lawsuit won't come anytime soon.
