No, I'm saying approval will come when it comes, but if it comes before the lawsuit has some resolution in sight, it will not be the proverbial opening of the news floodgates that investors are hoping for.

Again, I don't think anyone is expecting this case to go to trial.

The lawsuit is DOA. Many here cannot get over it, its history. Like everything linda worthless touches, its over, doomed by inept mute non action, flawed submissions, and zero leadership.

If Les and Powerless paid ANY attention during their years practicing law then it is that no one can count on a lawsuit going exactly as planned in the period they want it to. Depending the company on a settlement for after approval would be just borderline insane and stupid, even for NWBO management.

These are your fears and over-the-top negativity Mike, no base in reality.
