If approval comes and they go back into silent mode while the SP retracts, I think many of us are done (IMO).

I think they will be in silent mode until the lawsuit is settled, one way or another.

We don't need approval. We need resolution on the lawsuit.

I'm quite worried that if approval comes prior to that, it will be a dampened delivery and back to quiet mode.

Our news will come in the form of quarterly reports until the lawsuit is out of the way.

I got a bad feeling about the next two months, even if approval happens some time in April.

I do think the 10K is going to have a lot of information. Unfortunately, nobody reads those, so it won't really matter.
