Is this similar to the tsunami of regulatory submissions that were going to crush the shorts? Wasn't this pumped for about a year?

meirluc, let's hope that will be the case where a well done PR along with the 10-K being pushed out to the public. And then, numerous PR's after approval, with no excuses about fudsters doing damage or manipulation cause of PR's etc., cause that is exactly what happens in OTC land, that's part of the investment world where stocks are shorted, expect that and deal with it, just do not be silent to thousands of investors who fund the company.

One possible reason could be that the company is expecting MHRA approval, just like we are, and they’re delaying the 10-K until the last minute.
