One possible reason could be that the company is expecting MHRA approval, just like we are, and they’re delaying the 10-K until the last minute.

I do not think the company is expecting MHRA approval this month, and I don't think they are 'delaying' the 10-K. The 10-K isn't due yet, so it can't really be delayed before it's due.

The 10-K is going to be released either Mar 28th or Mar 31st.
