It definitely isn't right if you guys lose tons of money and executives get away with millions. I owned some stock, a small amount twice, but I either lost a small amount of money or made a small amount of money so this isn't my war. But if you can prove fraud, or if a lawyer can, you can recoup at least some money.

Ted. yes, they are liable. between marcelli and lebby there is a clear pattern of misrepresenting and misleading.
there is a wealth of evidence.
however! who is there to sue? the company has immense debt. no revenue, no money. they are, in effect,
indigent.
any clawback from the bonuses given to marcelli and lebby, it would take years--no what could actually be recouped?
they'd have ample time to seriously limit what any successful lawsuit could hope to win. I do not think any lawyer
would take a case this company, not on a contingency basis, and who in their right mind would be willing to throw
good money after bad and pay lawyer fees?
now, on the other hand, revenge is a powerful motive in human affairs. there might be a group of investors who are
so steamed about being so mislead for so long that reason and rational calculation are beside the point. they
want to hurt marcelli, hurt lebby, hurt lightwave, and nothing matters except that?
exceptions abound, but generally speaking with poor investments the best thing to do is try to learn and move on...

You are looking in the rearview mirror. I think most investors have understood the risks in spite of management's misplaced optimism on the timeline. Personally, I'm happy with the new game plan. This is a complex and fast changing business; let's try looking forward! Things are developing very rapidly now, so hopefully the time they've spent on this technology will pay off as AI driven data center requirements continue to rapidly expand!
