The point being NDAs don't mean much when gathered that way.

The fact is this company has screwed its shareholders for years as anyone who takes even 15 minutes to peruse the sticky post can see if they have any brain cells at all.

Now they finally have gotten more honest - because THEY HAD TO, but shareholder should definitely consider taking legal action imo.

The fact that there has been consistent pumping of obviously false and misleading narratives for years is one of the biggest red flags on this stock.
