Ah, thanks for clarifying. I missed your reasoning that if the annual report 10K (not 10Q) would be out in a couple weeks and provide an update, then he likely knows no approval before then (otherwise the update would be meaningless).
BTW I also get a reply from DI referencing the annual report.

How about we talk about how the company you diluted over 100,000,000 shares just this year at sub $.30 valuations and haven’t done a single thing that has helped your long suffering faithful investors.

What happened to starting direct trials, pediatric trials, filing an BLA with the FDA, etc. Why is the company acting like it won’t exist after the MAA decision?

Once again I realize my only choice if I don’t like it is to SELL, but it would sure be nice to know that the company was doing something to help its investors.

Unless they clearly say, in no uncertain terms , that inspections are successfully completed and there has been no hiccup in MHRA MAA process , and clear status and path and timeline for FDA BLA , and plans for non dilutive cash, no one (general market except a dozen people here) will care about any thing else written in the filing . And if March goes by without news and above things are not clearly outlined in filing , SP will drift down further close to .20 and everyone will of course blame nefarious forces .
