Unless they clearly say, in no uncertain terms , that inspections are successfully completed and there has been no hiccup in MHRA MAA process , and clear status and path and timeline for FDA BLA , and plans for non dilutive cash, no one (general market except a dozen people here) will care about any thing else written in the filing . And if March goes by without news and above things are not clearly outlined in filing , SP will drift down further close to .20 and everyone will of course blame nefarious forces .
