The lack of change is about control of the funding as much as it is about the funding itself. If something comes along that creates so much demand that control of funding is lost then how will the distribution of funds affect those who currently support the status quo? This is what Dame Siobhain McDonagh is up against and she should just come out and say so, which she almost did when referencing the proposal to abolish NHS. NWBO is in the process of creating this kind of change and NWBO investors, it seems, have been tasked with actively waiting this process out. Best wishes.

One would wonder why Dame Siobhain McDonagh does not even mention DCVAX-L which is long awaiting approval at the MHRA?? She should be well informed on her topic but seems to be totally unaware!!

I must admit, I found this information somewhat shocking. She's obviously beyond frustrated.

The £40 million given to the National Institute for Health and Care Research in 2017 for glioblastoma and brain cancer drug trials has not been spent. Can any Member of the House explain to me how that is humanly possible?

The idea that it is NHS/MHRA's fault for lack of progress in the space is stupid. Are they holding back the entire world? Does she think the US and EU need the UK to do the work?

I could care less who S Mcdonald is, but clearly she is an idiot.
