Capt  - thank for all you do and provide to this site. I am not so optimistic on this transaction though. The timing is not right so I think there will be downward pressure before any future value will be realized. 
I think the stock but back was plan A, but with the loss of CVS, Denner realized that would not be enough to restore the share value for the duration. 
This is plan B and is more of a 'we gotta do what we gotta do' to maintain our listing. 
Without solid fundamental support, the needle will be pointing down.
