He did the RS because he had no other choice. He lost CVS. His CFO and CEO bailed on him, Europe sales are a joke. The only real hope left is they can somehow convince BP to buy this thing at a rock bottom price. But there is no doubt the shorts will hammer this to no end after the split so they better try and get the BO done quickly or it will be back towards a buck or two in no time.
