I have no idea why anyone would buy before the split. I have been involved in two splits and in every single case the stock got hammered afterwards and usually pretty fast. In all cases even though the companies mostly are doing decent now the stock prices in both of them ever came back to pre split levels. The people who will be shorting the crap out of this don't care that they have no debt and 300 million in cash. They just see rs as an opportunity so short hard. Splits alomost never ever help retail.
