Could you or anyone else explain how or why a take-private is easier/better/whatever after a RS rather than just now? As RS proponents explain, the market cap doesn't change at RS time ( of course market cap will drop as the stock price gets driven lower again after RS). But I am fairly ignorant in these things so any education in this is appreciated.
