Everything seems to be lining up for a R/S then take-private deal by Sarissa. We will know next week. If they do not give explicit plans for what they are going to do, and don't announce any developments that could accelerate the stock price, then the writing is on the wall, and we are all fooked. 

Don't forget, Sarissa has about $600M in dry powder. Plenty of cash to buy the whole thing. And no way they do that through public markets.
