Perhaps he wants to use funds for a new venture? I believe he is doing his own consulting now. Also, maybe KCCO is right and it is a big F-You to the board for firing him. Who can blame someone for being a little spiteful if that is the case? If he was unloading his entire position at this price, I would definitely be concerned. I don't think that is what he is doing.
