If the company were talking to tier 1s in 3 continents and the contracts were around the corner as he claimed, would he sell now for whatever you mentioned? Can't wait a few more months? If he is filing to sell his restricted shares, wouldn't he have already sold his common shares? Big F-U for the board, vs. millions in potential cash and he not wanting the cash? I doubt it.
